How to Cook
Frozen XLB Soup Dumplings
- Line the bottom of the steamer with 2 to 3 lettuce or cabbage leaves to prevent the dumplings from sticking.
- Place your desired amount of dumplings in the steamer basket over 1 inch of boiling water. Cover with lid.
- Steam the dumplings for 10 to 11 minutes.
How To Cook
Frozen Dumplings
- Boil 10 cups of water in a pot on high heat.
- Place one back of frozen dumplings into the pot, stir gently with a spoon to keep dumplings from sticking to the bottom of the pot, and continue to cook with cover.
- Upon boiling, add 1st cup of cold water; cover and continue to cook with med-high heat.
- Repeat Step 3 with a 2nd cup of cold water, and again with a 3rd cup of cold water.
- Wait until water boils again. Remove the dumplings and serve.

Frozen Shrimp Dumplings
- Line the bottom of the steamer with 2 to 3 lettuce or cabbage leaves to prevent the dumplings from sticking.
- Place your desired amount of dumplings in the steamer basket over 1 inch of boiling water. Cover with lid.
- Steam the dumplings for 10 to 11 minutes.

Frozen Siu Mai
- Line the bottom of the steamer with 2 to 3 lettuce or cabbage leaves to prevent the dumplings from sticking.
- Place your desired amount of dumplings in the steamer basket over 1 inch of boiling water. Cover with lid.
- Steam the dumplings for 10 to 11 minutes.
How To Cook
Chinese BBQ Bao
- Line the bottom of the steamer with 2 to 3 lettuce or cabbage leaves to prevent the Baos from sticking.
- Place your desired amount of Baos in the steamer basket over 1 inch of boiling water. Cover with lid.
- Steam the Baos for 10 to 11 minutes.
How To Cook
Sichuan Wonton in Red Oil
- Bring water to boiling in a pot
- Cook frozen wonton for 10 mins
- Heat up the sauce and add your garnish~
How To Cook
Dan Dan Noodle
- Bring water to boiling in a pot
- Cook frozen noodles for 5 mins
- Heat up the sauce and add your garnish~

History of United Dumplings
2019 -2020
The renovation of our first restaurant was an exciting endeavor, filled with numerous challenges. The renovations were completely shut down during first half of 2020 with COVID.
September 2020
The decision to open amidst the pandemic required us to adapt and navigate through constantly evolving restrictions and regulations. Despite the difficulties, we remained determined to bring our culinary vision to life and offer a memorable dining experience to our customers.
2021
Throughout the rollercoaster of openings and closures, we maintained open lines of communication with our customers, keeping them informed of our operational status and any changes to our services. We survived and thrived.
September 2022
We opened of our second restaurant location at Chestnut! This expansion represents an exciting milestone for us as we bring our culinary vision to a new neighborhood and community.
February 2023
We opened our third restaurant location in the vibrant Rockridge neighborhood of Oakland, just across the Bay Bridge! The decision was inspired by the neighborhood's unique charm, diverse culture, and thriving food scene.
December 2023
We started catering boxes for birthday parties, soccer practices, super bowl parties and more.
March 2024
With the launch of our e-commerce platform, we aim to provide a convenient and accessible way for customers to experience the essence of our brand from the comfort of your own homes.
April 2024
Our frozen dumplings are available to pick up in 10+ Bay Area locations.
May 2024
We started wholesale to local supermarkets in the Bay Area.
